Career Goals: To earn my MD and go into a department that I am thoroughly interested in! I hope to absolutely love what I do and the people that I am helping.

What do you like most about being in AMSA? 

Being in AMSA has granted me with some of the most driven and compassionate people that I have met at UCLA. As a student, I always try to surround myself with those of determined mindsets, and joining AMSA has successfully allowed me to do so! In addition to this, I've gotten immense support and friendship from all members, and I will forever be grateful for that.

How did you get involved with the club?

AMSA was one of the first pre-medical clubs that I joined, but it wasn't until my second year that I got thoroughly involved. In the summer of my 1st year, I went on the Costa Rica trip with the AMSA International Outreach Program, and through the members that I went on this trip with, I was introduced to the support and opportunities of AMSA. It motivated me to get more involved, and by the next year I knew almost everyone and was on board!
